Bakalářská práce se zabývá očekáváním a zkušenostmi studentů z praktické výuky a praxe. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána historie ošetřovatelství, vzdělávání sester a jeho odlišnosti v České republice a v zahraničí, motivovanost k povolání zdravotní sestry, podpora státu k ošetřovatelskému oboru a překážky ve studiu zdravotní sestry Cíl: Cílem práce bylo zjistit zkušenosti studentů z praktické výuky a odborné praxe. Představy a očekávání studentů ohledně odborné praxe bakalářského ošetřovatelského oboru, jaká byla nejpřínosnější oddělení a která nejméně, spokojenost s přístupem mentora a personálu oddělení a organizace praxe. Metodologie: Výzkum probíhal formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, kterých se účastnilo 12 náhodně vybraných studentů probandů studujících pediatrické ošetřovatelství na 2. lékařské fakultě Univerzity Karlovy. Výsledky: Výsledky ukázaly, že spokojenost studentů záleží na konkrétních odděleních, na kterých praxe probíhá. Pokud praxe probíhá na oddělení, kde personál má negativní přístup ke studentům a studentům je zabraňováno vzdělávat se v sesterské práci, studenti hodnotí praxi jako zbytečnou. The bachelor's thesis deals with the expectations and experiences of students from practical education and practice. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the history of nursing, nursing education and its differences in the Czech Republic and abroad, motivation for the nursing profession, state support for the nursing field and obstacles in studying nursing Objective: The aim of the thesis was to determine the experiences of students from practical education and professional practice. Students' ideas and expectations regarding the professional practice of the bachelor's nursing field, which departments were the most beneficial and which were the least, satisfaction with the approach of the mentor and the staff of the department and the organization of the practice. Methodology: The research was conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews, which were attended by 12 randomly selected student probands studying pediatric nursing at the 2nd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University.
