Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou obtíží spojených s kojením a možnostmi jejich řešení v kontextu ošetřovatelské péče. Cíle: Cílem práce bylo analyzovat nejčastější laktační problémy, se kterými se kojící matky setkávají, a zjistit jejich zkušenosti a informovanost v oblasti jejich zvládání. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na fyziologii laktace, význam kojení a nejčastější laktační komplikace. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumného šetření zaměřeného na výskyt laktačních obtíží, zkušenosti kojících matek a jejich informovanost v oblasti zvládání těchto problémů. Metoda: Ke sběru dat bylo zvoleno kvantitativní výzkumné šetření realizované pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce, který obsahoval 23 otázek. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo kombinací osobního a online sběru dat, zejména ve Fakultní nemocnici Motol a Homolka, konkrétně na pediatrických odděleních a v dětském kardiocentru. Dále v gynekologické ambulanci Iscare a v ordinaci praktického lékaře pro děti a dorost. Celkem se zúčastnilo 94 respondentek. Výsledky: Z mého výzkumného šetření vyplývá, že nejčastějšími laktačními problémy jsou ragády, bolestivé bradavky a mastitida. Dále se u části respondentek vyskytly problémy spojené s množstvím mateřského mléka a... This bachelor thesis handles with the issue of breastfeeding conditions and struggles and possibilities of their management in the context of nursing care. Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to analyze the most common lactation problems experienced by breastfeeding mothers and to determine their experience and level of knowledge in managing these difficulties. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on the physiology of lactation, the importance of breastfeeding, and the most common lactation complications. The empirical part presents the results of a research survey focused on the occurrence of lactation difficulties, the experiences of breastfeeding mothers, and their level of awareness in managing these problems. Methods: Data were collected using a quantitative research design through a non- standardized questionnaire of the author's own design containing 23 questions. Data collection was carried out through a combination of personal and online distribution, mainly at Fakultní nemocnice Motol a Homolka, specifically at paediatric departments and in the peadiatric cardiology centre. As well as, data were collected in a gynecological outpatient clinic Iscare and a pediatric practice. A total of 94 respondents participated in the study....
