cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Úvod: Vzhledem k rostoucí incidenci chronického srdečního selhání (CHSS) nabývá hodnocení subjektivně vnímaného zdraví a schopnosti nemocných zvládat projevy choroby na stále větším významu. Soubor a Metody: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 54 pacientů sledovaných v kardiocentru IKEM s průměrným věkem 64,93 let. K šetření byly použity standardizované dotazníky MLHFQ a KCCQ-23 doplněné o vlastní dotazník adherence. Závěr: Pro budoucí praxi je žádoucí zavést rutinní screening emocí a transformovat edukaci na praktický nácvik self-managementu, neboť sebedůvěra pacienta v ovládání nemoci je klíčovým...Introduction: Due to the increasing incidence of chronic heart failure (CHF), assessing subjectively perceived health and patients' ability to manage disease symptoms is of growing importance. This bachelor thesis is dedicated to analyzing the factors that influence the experience of living with this condition. Objectives: The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the current level of quality of life (QoL) among outpatients and to analyze how self-confidence in disease management (self- efficacy) affects overall life satisfaction. Methods: The research sample comprised 54 patients followed at the specialized heart failure department at IKEM, with an average age of 64.93 years. Two standardized questionnaires, MLHFQ and KCCQ-23, were used, supplemented by a non-standardized questionnaire focused on adherence. Results: The group demonstrated a very good QoL with a mean MLHFQ score of 8.00 points. Analysis confirmed an extremely strong positive correlation () between physical limitation and emotional distress. Respondents perceived the emotional sphere as subjectively more burdensome (0.40 points) than the physical sphere (0.25 points). A statistically significant correlation () was found between self-efficacy and overall satisfaction. Medication adherence reached 74.07 %, but regular...
