Bakalářská práce Podpora pediatrických sester k nástupu do pracovního procesu a průběh adaptačního procesu 7 Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce je zpracována formou literární rešerše odborných zdrojů, vědeckých článků a aktuálních doporučení z oblasti ošetřovatelské péče, které mohou nově nastupujícím sestrám usnadnit přechod z teoretické přípravy do praxe. Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika adaptačního procesu pediatrických sester při jejich nástupu do prvního zaměstnání. Práce představuje náročnost přechodu z teoretické přípravy do praxe, který je pro začínající sestry kritickým obdobím. Cílem této bakalářské práce je podrobně popsat průběh adaptace, identifikovat nejčastější obtíže a komplikace, se kterými se začínající sestry mohou v tomto období setkat, a zdůraznit význam podpory ze strany zkušeného zdravotnického týmu i vedení pracoviště. Důležitou součástí je také hledání možností, jak tento proces zefektivnit a snížit riziko selhání adaptace či předčasného odchodu z profese. Text je strukturován od obecného vymezení pojmu adaptace v ošetřovatelství až po specifika dětských oddělení. V práci se snažím postupně rozebírat jednotlivé fáze adaptačního procesu, roli mentora a vliv pracovního prostředí na stabilitu personálu. Následně jsem analyzovala faktory ovlivňující úspěšné zvládnutí... Bakalářská práce Podpora pediatrických sester k nástupu do pracovního procesu a průběh adaptačního procesu 3 Abstract This bachelor's thesis is prepared in the formo f a literary search of professional sources, scientific articles and current recommendations from the field of nursing care, which can facilitate the transition from theoretical training to practice for newly entering nurses. The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is the issue of the adaptation process of pedaitric nurses when they start their first job. The thesis presents the difficulty of the transition from theoretical training to practice, which is a critical period for novice nurses. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe in detail the course od adaptation, identify the most common difficulties and complications that novice nurses may encounter during this period, and emphasize the importance of support from an expeciences medical team and workplace management. An important part i salso the search for options to make this process more efficient and reduce the risk of failure of adaptation or premature retirement from the profession.
