Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá úlohou radiologického asistenta při provádění mamografického vyšetření. Cílem práce je popsat kompetence a odpovědnosti radiologického asistenta a charakterizovat správný postup provedení mamografie v různých klinických situacích. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na problematiku onemocnění prsu, princip mamografického vyšetření a význam mamografie v rámci prevence a diagnostiky karcinomu prsu. Dále se věnuje roli radiologického asistenta při přípravě pacientky, správném polohování a zajištění kvalitního zobrazení prsní tkáně. Praktická část práce popisuje postup provedení mamografie v různých situacích, které mohou během vyšetření nastat, a zdůrazňuje význam správné komunikace s pacientkou, dodržování standardních pracovních postupů a zajištění optimální kvality snímků. Práce poukazuje na význam odborných znalostí a praktických dovedností radiologického asistenta, které jsou nezbytné pro správné provedení mamografického vyšetření a pro zajištění diagnosticky hodnotných obrazů. This bachelor thesis deals with the role of a radiology assistant in performing mammography examinations. The aim of the thesis is to describe the competencies and responsibilities of a radiology assistant and to characterize the correct procedure for performing mammography in various clinical situations. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on breast disease, the principle of mammography examination, and the importance of mammography in the prevention and diagnosis of breast cancer. It also addresses the role of the radiology assistant in preparing the patient, positioning her correctly, and ensuring high-quality imaging of the breast tissue. The practical part of the thesis describes the procedure for performing mammography in various situations that may arise during the examination and emphasizes the importance of proper communication with the patient, adherence to standard operating procedures, and ensuring optimal image quality. The thesis highlights the importance of the professional knowledge and practical skills of a radiology assistant, which are essential for the correct performance of mammography examinations and for ensuring diagnostically valuable images.
