Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat adherenci k doporučeným terapeutickým postupům u rodičů dětí s cystickou fibrózou a faktory, které mohou jejich přístup k léčbě v každodenní praxi ovlivňovat. Metodou výzkumu bylo kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření, které bylo distribuováno online mezi rodiče dětí s cystickou fibrózou. Data byla zpracována pomocí deskriptivní statistiky a následně analyzován pomocí základních statistických metod. Výsledky prokázaly statisticky významnou souvislost mezi pravidelnou sportovní aktivitou dítěte a vyšší adherencí k léčbě. Ostatní sledované vztahy nebyly statisticky potvrzeny, i když v některých případech byl patrný slabý trend. Výsledky zároveň ukazují, že péče o dítě s cystickou fibrózou je komplexní a ovlivněná více faktory, které se mohou lišit podle konkrétní rodiny. Závěrem lze konstatovat, že adherence k léčbě není dána pouze jednotlivými faktory, ale celkovým fungováním rodiny a jejím přístupem k péči o dítě. Výsledky práce poukazují na důležitost podpory rodin a praktického zaměření edukace ze strany zdravotnického personálu. The aim of my bachelor's thesis was to assess adherence to recommended therapeutic practices among parents of children with cystic fibrosis and to identify factors that may influence their approach to treatment in everyday practice. The research method was a quantitative questionnaire survey, which was distributed online to parents of children with cystic fibrosis. The data were processed using descriptive statistics and subsequently analyzed using basic statistical methods. The results demonstrated a statistically significant association between the child's regular physical activity and higher adherence to treatment. Other observed relationships were not statistically confirmed, although a weak trend was apparent in some cases. The results also indicate that caring for a child with cystic fibrosis is complex and influenced by multiple factors that may vary depending on the specific family. In conclusion, it can be stated that adherence to treatment is not determined solely by individual factors, but by the overall functioning of the family and its approach to caring for the child. The results of this study highlight the importance of supporting families and the practical focus of education provided by healthcare personnel.
