cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Úvod: Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací subjektivního vnímání kvality života pacientů v léčebnách pro dlouhodobě nemocné a odhadu tohoto vnímání zdravotními sestrami. Teoretická část definuje koncept kvality života v holistické šíři a reflektuje naléhavost tématu v kontextu demografického stárnutí populace. Bylo vydáno doporučení pro implementaci monitoringu kvality života do...Introduction: This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the subjective perception of the quality of life of patients in long-term care facilities and the assessment of this perception by nurses. The theoretical part defines the concept of quality of life in its holistic scope and reflects the urgency of the topic in the context of demographic population aging. Aim: The aim of the study was to compare the consensus in quality-of-life assessment between patients and nurses using the proxy-rating method and to identify areas of discrepancy within the framework of holistic nursing care. Methodology: The research was conducted through structured interviews using a modified WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire. Data collection was carried out in three smaller hospitals and one university hospital in Prague. The total sample consisted of 220 respondents, including 110 patients and 110 nurses forming reciprocal pairs. Results: Data analysis revealed statistically significant differences in the domain of psychological health, where nurses assessed the patients' condition more pessimistically. A key finding is a significant discrepancy in spiritual well-being (Q5-27), which 89 % of patients rated as maximally positive, while staff predicted this state in only 57 % of cases. Conclusion: In conclusion, it was...
