Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je motivace studentů ošetřovatelství k práci na operačním sále. Cíle: Cílem práce je zjistit, jak absolventi a absolventi Všeobecného a Pediatrického ošetřovatelství z 2. LF UK vnímají práci perioperační sestry, jaké demotivační faktory je odrazují od perioperační péče, a naopak jaké motivační faktory je k této specializaci lákají. Metody: Vybraným respondentům byl pomocí e-mailu rozeslán elektronický dotazník, který obsahoval 15 otázek. Celkem bylo sesbíráno 66 dotazníků. Data byla vložena do datového listu, a potom statisticky zanalyzována pomocí neparametrické statistické metody Pearsonova Chí- kvadrátu. Výsledky: Jednotlivé výsledky jsou následně rozebrány v empirické části bakalářské práce. Z výsledků vyplývá, že studenti vnímají perioperační péči odborně náročnou, vyžadující vysokou míru autonomie, odpovědnosti a schopnosti efektivní komunikace a týmové spolupráce. Mezi motivační faktory patří dynamické pracovní prostředí, využívání moderních technologií a mezi demotivační faktory je vysoká míra stresu a omezený kontakt s pacientem. Závěry: Respondenti si náročnost práce perioperační sestry uvědomovali. Zjištění jsou v souladu s dostupnými studiemi. Celkové výsledky poukazují na realistické a informované vnímání role perioperační sestry. The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is the motivation of nursing students to work in the operating room. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to determine how graduates of General Nursing and Pediatric Nursing programs at the 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, perceive the work of a perioperative nurse, which demotivating factors discourage them from perioperative care, and, conversely, which motivating factors attract them to this specialization. Methods: An electronic questionnaire containing 15 questions was distributed to selected respondents via email. A total of 66 questionnaires were collected. The data were entered into a data sheet and subsequently statistically analyzed using the non-parametric Pearson's chi- square test. Results: The individual results are discussed in detail in the empirical part of the bachelor's thesis. The findings show that students perceive perioperative care as professionally demanding, requiring a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and the ability to communicate effectively and work in a team. Motivating factors include a dynamic work environment and the use of modern technologies, while demotivating factors include a high level of stress and limited contact with patients.
