Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním šestiminutového (6MWT) a dvouminutového testu chůze (2MWT), jakožto nástrojů, sloužících k porovnání funkční kapacity kardiorespiračního systému. Porovnání výpovědní hodnoty obou metod je důležitým aspektem při zvažování zaměnitelnosti testovacích metod. Ve fyzioterapeutické praxi se často vyhledávají kratší a efektivnější metody testování, díky kterým zůstává větší čas na kvalitní péči o pacienta. Pro možnost klinické záměny dvou metod je však důležité nejdříve porovnat jejich klinickou výpovědní hodnotu a ověřit jejich psychometrické vlastnosti. V této práci jsou představeny pohybové aspekty chůze, její vývoj a vyzrávání v dětském věku a fyziologické odlišnosti mezi projevem chůze dětí a dospělých. Dále jsou v práci představeny metody testování funkční zdatnosti a důvody pro potřebu zkrácení testovacích metod. V praktické části je podrobně představena metodika, použitá pro měření 6MWT a 2MWT a pro sběr dat využitých ve statistické části práce. Do studie bylo celkem zařazeno 126 probandů, kteří byli vyšetřeni oběma metodami. Výsledky prokázaly statisticky významnou korelaci mezi výkony v obou testech. Samotná korelace však neimplikuje jejich klinickou zaměnitelnost. Bland-Altmanova analýza ukázala, že ačkoli testy hodnotí příbuzné aspekty funkční kapacity... This thesis compares the six-minute walk (6MWT) test and the two-minute walk test (2MWT) as tools for assessing functional capacity. Comparing the diagnostic value of both methods is an important consideration when evaluating the interchangeability of testing methods. In physiotherapy, shorter and more efficient testing methods are often preferred, as they allow more time for quality patient care. However, to determine whether the two methods can be clinically interchangeable, it is important to first compare their clinical predictive value and verify their psychometric properties. This paper presents the motor aspects of walking, its development and maturation during childhood, and the physiological differences between the gait patterns of children and adults. Furthermore, the study presents methods for testing functional fitness and the reasons for the need to shorten testing methods. The practical section details the methodology used to measure the 6MWT and 2MWT and to collect the data utilized in the statistical section of the study. A total of 126 subjects were included in the study and were examined using both methods. The results demonstrated a statistically significant correlation between performance on both tests.
