cze Abstract:
Zároveň se zjistilo, že 68,66 % sester aktivně využívá metody pro zlepšení...The topic of this bachelor's thesis is night shifts and their impact on selected aspects of nurses' lives. The empirical section presents the results of a study examining night shift conditions, sleep patterns and circadian rhythms, sleep hygiene, and the quality of care provided during night shifts. Method: The study utilized an anonymous, self-designed questionnaire consisting of 26 questions. The questionnaire was distributed to the target group of respondents in electronic form. A total of 67 respondents from pre-selected clinics at Motol and Homolka University Hospitals participated in the survey. Results: The survey results indicate that the vast majority of nurses (68.66%) do not get enough sleep.
