Clinical assessment represents an indispensable diagnostic tool in rehabilitation practice for the objectification of findings and for the effective planning of therapeutic interventions. This bachelor's thesis specifically examines the correlation between postural stabilization and selected clinical parameters commonly used in rehabilitation practice. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a review of the professional literature on the methods used. The aim of the practical part was to determine the degree of correlation between the visual assessment of postural stabilization (according to the DNS concept) and objective and subjective parameters, such as handgrip strength (Handgrip), flexibility (Sit-and-Reach test, Back Scratch test), physical activity level (IPAQ), pain intensity (NPRS), and quality of life (SF-36). Measurements were performed on a sample of 14 healthy subjects with an average age of 28.9 years. The results of the statistical analysis demonstrated predominantly weak to moderate correlations between postural stabilization and the other variables under study. The Back Scratch test showed the strongest relationship with postural stabilization (r = 0.6). The results of this study suggest that postural stabilization is a highly specific parameter and cannot be inferred from a...
