Název: Přechod hráčů fotbalu z dorostenecké kategorie do kategorie dospělých: Výzvy a příležitosti Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou přechodu fotbalových hráčů z dorosteneckých kategorií do kategorie dospělých, který představuje jednu z nejdůležitějších etap sportovní kariéry mladých hráčů. V tomto období dochází k výraznému zvýšení nároků na kondiční připravenost, taktické porozumění hře i psychickou odolnost sportovce. Zároveň se mladí hráči musí adaptovat na konkurenční prostředí a vyšší tempo hry. Cíle: Cílem práce je analyzovat hlavní faktory ovlivňující přechod hráčů z dorosteneckého do dospělého fotbalu a identifikovat nejčastější obtíže, se kterými se hráči během této doby setkávají. Metody: Výzkumná část práce je realizována prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi hráči, kteří tímto přechodem aktuálně procházejí nebo jej nedávno absolvovali. Výsledky: Výsledky práce přinášejí přehled o nejvýznamnějších výzvách spojených s adaptací na dospělý fotbal a poukazují na faktory, které mohou ovlivnit úspěšný přechod mladých hráčů do seniorských kategorií. Zjištění mohou být přínosem pro trenéry, sportovní organizace i samotné hráče při vytváření vhodných podmínek pro sportovní rozvoj. Title: The Transition of Football Players from Youth Categories to Senior Level: Challenges and Opportunities This bachelor's thesis focuses on the transition of football players from youth categories to senior-level football, which represents a crucial stage in the development of a player's sporting career. During this period, athletes face significantly higher demands in terms of physical performance, tactical understanding of the game, and psychological resilience. At the same time, young players must adapt to a more competitive environment and a higher intensity of play. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to analyse the key factors influencing the transition from youth to senior football and to identify the most common challenges experienced by players during this stage of their sporting careers. Methods: The research part of the thesis is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among players who are currently undergoing this transition or have recently experienced it. Results: The results provide insight into the main difficulties associated with adapting to senior football and highlight factors that may influence the successful development of young football players.
