The securitization of humanitarian aid illustrates an emerging phenomenon intersecting international humanitarian law and security discourse. This diploma thesis seeks to examine how Israeli official rhetoric between October 7, 2023, and December 31, 2025, discursively constructs humanitarian aid as a security threat in Gaza. Combining securitization theory with the discourse-historical approach (DHA), this study analyses a corpus of 104 statements through qualitative coding in ATLAS.ti. The findings establish a three-dimensional discursive process of securitization operating through the legitimation of sovereign authority, the construction of Hamas as existential exploiter, and the implementation of extraordinary measures through the "humanitarian sieve". Counterintuitively, legitimation emerges as the primary mechanism of securitization in contrast to the expected construction of threat. These findings contribute to the securitization theory by illustrating that the audience-oriented model of legitimation can function as primary securitization mechanism in cases where threat rhetoric may undermine international position. This thesis carries significant implications for international actors regarding the recognition of and response to the discursive instrumentalization of humanitarian space. Sekuritizace humanitární pomoci reprezentuje vznikající fenomén na průsečíku mezinárodního humanitárního práva a bezpečnostního diskurzu. Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl zkoumat, jak izraelská oficiální rétorika v období od 7. října 2023 do 31. prosince 2025 diskurzivně konstruuje humanitární pomoc jako bezpečnostní hrozbu v Gaze. Kombinací teorie sekuritizace s diskurzivně-historickým přístupem (DHA) tato studie analyzuje korpus 104 prohlášení prostřednictvím kvalitativního kódování v programu ATLAS.ti. Zjištění dokládají trojrozměrný diskurzivní proces sekuritizace fungující skrze legitimizaci svrchované autority, konstrukci Hamásu jako hlavního vykořisťovatele a implementaci mimořádných opatření prostřednictvím "humanitárního síta". Oproti očekávání se legitimizace ukazuje jako primární mechanismus sekuritizace namísto od očekávané konstrukce hrozby. Tato zjištění přispívají k teorii sekuritizace tím, že dokládají, jakým způsobem může na publikum orientovaný model legitimizace fungovat jako primární mechanismus sekuritizace v případech, kdy rétorika hrozby může ohrozit mezinárodní postavení státu. Tato práce také přináší významné implikace pro mezinárodní aktéry v oblasti rozpoznávání a reakce na diskurzivní instrumentalizaci humanitárního prostoru.
