Informační list upozorňuje na nutné úkony při přechodu na spisovou službu dle platné legislativy. Dále přibližuje problematiku zneplatněných (stornovaných) dokumentů a jejich vyřazení z eSSL, tvorby SIP balíčků u spisů s vyjmutými dokumenty a vyřazování dokumentů evropských operačních programů. This information sheet outlines the necessary steps for transitioning to the records management system in accordance with current legislation. It also explains the issue of invalidated (canceled) documents and their removal from eSSL, the creation of SIP packages for files with documents removed, and the disposal of documents related to European operational programs.
