Informační list upozorňuje na důležitost ztvárnění transakčních protokolů eSSL a jejich převzetí k trvalému uložení, na chybné připojování komponent k dokumentu jako náhražka řádné tvorby spisu a nevhodnost šifrovaných (heslem opatřených) komponent v eSS. Dále podává informace k novému nařízení eIDAS 2, k výběru z datových souborů (komponent) uložených mimo eSSL a k modernizaci Národního digitálního archivu. This information sheet highlights the importance of generating eSSL transaction logs and archiving them for permanent storage; it also addresses the practice of incorrectly attaching components to a document as a substitute for proper file creation, and the inappropriateness of using encrypted (password-protected) components in eSS. It also provides information on the new eIDAS Regulation 2, on selecting from data files (components) stored outside of eSSL, and on the modernization of the National Digital Archive.
