Tato diplomová práce zkoumá procesní udržitelnost mobilní specializované paliativní péče (MSPP) v ČR z organizační perspektivy samotných poskytovatelů. Prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu a integrace optiky teorie závislosti na zdrojích (RDT) se sociologickým neoinstitucionalismem skrze model strategických reakcí (Oliver, 1991), práce analyzuje, jak organizace operují v prostředí s vysokou zdrojovou nejistotou, asymetrickou závislostí na aktérech a střetem odlišných institucionálních logik. Výzkum ukazuje, že procesní udržitelnost služby není současně automaticky garantována formálním nastavením zdravotního systému. Za účelem přežití a ochrany kontinuity holistické péče vykazují organizace vysokou míru adaptability a proaktivně utvářejí své externí prostředí. Jako zastřešující strategii uplatňují poskytovatelé selektivní propojování (selective coupling), aby vyhověli tlakům odlišných logik. Za tímto účelem využívají specifické dílčí strategie: ochranu technického jádra (buffering), v krajních situacích oddělení formální struktury od praxe (decoupling) a aktivní budování přemosťujících vazeb (bridging). Práce dochází k závěru, že současná procesní udržitelnost stojí služby stojí do značné míry na profesním normativním závazku organizací, na jejich schopnosti efektivně řídit vztahy s vnějším... This master's thesis explores the process sustainability of mobile specialized palliative care (MSPP) in the Czech Republic from the organizational perspective of the providers. This qualitative research integrates Resource Dependence Theory (RDT) with sociological neoinstitucionalism, utilizing Oliver's (1991) model of strategic responsed to institutional pressures. The thesis analyzes how organizations operate in an environment defined by high resource uncertainty, asymmetrical dependence on actors, and conflicting institutional logics. The research shows that the process sustainability of MSPP is currently not guaranteed by its formal institutionalisation. Organizastions survive and protect the holistic care through a high degree of adaptability and proactive strategies in managing dependecies with the external environment. They apply selective coupling as an overarching strategy and utilize specific sub- strategies such as buffering, in extreme situations decoupling and bridging. The research concludes that current process sustainability relies significantly on the normative professional commitment of organizations, their ability to effectively manage their external environmnent, and the crucial mobilization of philantropic resources.
