Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení stavebně historického průzkumu tvrze Křepenice (Křepenice, okres Příbram), která je od roku 1958 evidována jako kulturní památka. Rozsáhlý areál tvrze se skládá ze čtvercového dvora tvrze a navazujícího hospodářského dvora na východě. Průzkum je zaměřen na ústřední budovu čtvercového dvora, která je obehnaná kamennou ohradní zdí s nárožními bastiony. Vesnice Křepenice byla v roce 1352 připojena k rožmberským Sedlčanům. Následně byly sedlčanské statky odkoupeny a směněny od Viléma z Rožmberka, jeho regentem Jakubem Krčínem z Jelčan v roce 1580. Ten, zahájil výstavbu renesanční vodní tvrze zvané Nový Hrádek Krčínov nad Křepenicí. Po Krčínově smrti v roce 1604 byly Křepenice a Sedlčany Petrem Vokem prodány Zdeňku Vojtěchu Popelovi z Lobkowicz. Statek byl následně připojen k panství Vysoký Chlumec a změnilo se i užití obytné budovy na sýpku. V této nové funkci byl objekt užíván několik staletí, kdy se stal státním majetkem. V roce 1992 byla tvrz s přilehlými hospodářskými budovami vrácena v rámci restitucí spolumajitelům panu P. Chodounskému a rodině Pišvejců. Současným spolumajitelem tvrze Křepenice je vnuk pana P Chodounského, Pavel Chudárek. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to conduct a historical and architectural survey of the Křepenice fortress (Křepenice, Příbram District), which has been listed as a cultural monument since 1958. The extensive fortress complex consists of a square courtyard of the fortress and an adjacent farmyard to the east. The survey focuses on the central building of the square courtyard, which is surrounded by a stone boundary wall with corner bastions. The village of Křepenice was annexed to the Rožmberk Sedlčany estate in 1352. Later, the Sedlčany estates were bought and exchanged from Vilém of Rožmberk by his regent, Jakub Krčín of Jelčany, in 1580. Krčín initiated the construction of a Renaissance water fortress called Nový Hrádek Krčínov above Křepenice. After Krčín's death in 1604, Křepenice and Sedlčany were sold by Petr Vok to Zdeněk Vojtěch Popel of Lobkowicz. The estate was then annexed to the Vysoký Chlumec manor, and the use of the residential building was changed to a granary. The estate was subsequently incorporated into the Vysoký Chlumec domain, and the residential building was converted into a granary.
