Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá platností préteritálního auxiliáru ve třetích osobách jako příznaku českého biblického stylu a dále ústupem tohoto pomocného slovesa ve staročeském a středněčeském biblickém překladu. Daný jev byl zkoumán zejména na knize Žalmů a dále na Markově evangeliu. Doklady analytického préterita byly excerpovány manuálně. Následně na nich byly tagovány proměnné vycházející ze sekundární literatury a explorativních hypotéz předložených na kolokviu Historický text a jeho interpretace (2026). Obsah databáze byl statisticky zpracován pomocí Fisherova a chí-kvadrát testu a statistického modelu GLMM v programu R. This bachelor's thesis examines the validity of the third-person preterite auxiliary as a marker of Czech biblical style, as well as the retreat of this auxiliary verb in Old Czech and Middle Czech biblical translations. The phenomenon was analysed primarily in the Book of Psalms and additionally in the Gospel of Mark. Instances of the analytic preterite were excerpted manually. They were subsequently annotated for variables derived from secondary literature and from exploratory hypotheses presented at the colloquium Historical Text and Its Interpretation (2026). The contents of the database were statistically evaluated using Fisher's exact test, the chi-square test, and a GLMM statistical model in the program R.
