Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na podoby příprav snoubenců na manželství v Římskokatolické církvi a v Českobratrské církvi evangelické. S vědomím odlišnosti teologické podstaty zmíněných církví se pokouší podat obraz toho, jak se ona rozdílnost propisuje do pojetí manželství a do předmanželských příprav, přičemž si zároveň všímá specifik postmoderní kultury. Kombinuje pohled teoretický a pohled z úhlu praxe, jenž reflektuje přípravy z hlediska osob, jež přípravy na manželství v katolické a evangelické církvi vedou. Jednou z hlavních myšlenek práce je otázka, zda se lze v dnešní individualistické době na manželství adekvátně připravit a zda mají takové přípravy vůbec smysl. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the forms of preparations for marriage in the Roman Catholic Church and the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren. Being aware of the difference in the theological nature of the aforementioned churches, it attempts to present a picture of how these difference is prescribed in the concept of marriage and in premarital preparations, while at the same time noting the specifics of postmodern culture. It combines both theoretical and practical perspective, which reflects the preparations for marriage from the view of the people leading the process in the Catholic and Evangelical Churches. One of the main idea sof the thesis is the question of whether it is possible to adequately prepare for marriage in today's individualistic era and whether such preparations even make sense.
