Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rizikového chování dětí a dospívajících v kontextu činnosti kurátora pro děti a mládež. Cílem práce je vymezit roli kurátora při práci s ohroženými dětmi, identifikovat nejčastější formy rizikového chování a analyzovat faktory, které k jejich vzniku přispívají. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy - definici rodiny, charakteristiku profese kurátora, legislativní ukotvení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a problematiku citové deprivace, transgeneračního přenosu, závislostí, delikvence a poruch chování. Výzkumná část je koncipována jako kvalitativní výzkum. Data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se šesti kurátory působícími na různých pracovištích OSPOD v rámci jednoho kraje, přičemž délka jejich praxe se pohybovala od 5 do 23 let. Získaná data byla zpracována metodou tematické analýzy. Výsledky výzkumu jsou v souladu s odbornou literaturou a platnou legislativou. Respondenty popisované formy rizikového chování i odborné postupy, jako jsou individuální plánování, případové konference a mezioborová spolupráce, odpovídají standardům zachyceným v odborné literatuře. Výzkum potvrdil, že rizikové chování dětí a mladistvých se proměňuje v souvislosti s rozvojem digitálních technologií, zejména v oblasti sexuálního rizikového chování v online... The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risky behavior of children and adolescents in the context of the activities of a curator for children and youth. The aim of the work is to define the role of a curator in working with children at risk, identify the most common forms of risky behavior and analyze the factors that contribute to their occurrence. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts - the definition of family, characteristics of the curator profession, legislative anchoring of social and legal protection of children and the issues of emotional deprivation, transgenerational transmission, addictions, delinquency and behavioral disorders. The research part is designed as qualitative research. Data was obtained through semi- structured interviews with six curators working at various OSPOD workplaces within one region, with the length of their practice ranging from 5 to 23 years. The obtained data was processed using the thematic analysis method. The research results are in accordance with professional literature and valid legislation. The forms of risky behavior described by respondents and professional procedures, such as individual planning, case conferences and interdisciplinary cooperation, correspond to the standards captured in the professional literature.
