Název: Vzdělávání a osobní rozvoj trenérů mládeže ve fotbale: motivace, překážky a přínosy Cíle: Cílem práce je analyzovat vzdělávání a rozvoj u trenérů mládežnického fotbalu a identifikovat klíčové motivace i bariéry. Metody: Sběr dat proběhl formou dotazníkového šetření u souboru 121 aktivních trenérů mládeže v ČR. K vyhodnocení byla využita deskriptivní statistika, aritmetické průměry a metoda komparace výsledků v závislosti na úrovni licence a klubu. Teoretická část práce je zpracována metodou literární rešerše a deskripce odborných pramenů. Výsledky: Klíčovým stimulem trenérů je vnitřní potřeba seberozvoje, kterému však v praxi nejvýrazněji brání nedostatek času. Výzkum potvrdil vysoký význam neformálních digitálních zdrojů a funkční finanční podporu ze strany klubů. Výsledky rovněž odhalují rozdíly v podmínkách mezi odlišnými úrovněmi fotbalu. Methods: Data collection was conducted via a questionnaire survey among 121 active youth football coaches in the Czech Republic. Descriptive statistics, arithmetic means, and a comparison of results based on license level and club type were utilized for data evaluation. The theoretical part of the thesis was elaborated using a literature review and descriptive analysis of professional sources. Results: The key stimulus for coaches is the intrinsic need for self-development, which is most significantly hindered in practice by a lack of time. The research confirmed the high importance of informal digital resources and effective financial support from clubs.
