53 Souhrn Cévní mozková příhoda způsobuje velkou změnu v životě člověka i celé jeho rodiny. Z tohoto důvodu bylo mým hlavním cílem vytvořit komplexní edukační brožuru, která neformálním pečujícím poskytne potřebnou oporu během náročného období spojeného s propuštěním příbuzného z nemocničního zařízení a adaptací na domácí prostředí. V počáteční fázi práce jsem provedla detailní rešerši odborné literatury a již existujících dostupných edukačních materiálů. Během této analýzy jsem zjišťovala, jaké informace v dosavadních příručkách z mého pohledu chybí, a na základě těchto zjištění jsem následně sestavila koncept a strukturu pro svou bakalářskou práci i samotnou brožuru. Tu následně hodnotily tři rodiny, pečující o svého příbuzného po cévní mozkové příhodě, které mi poskytly zpětnou vazbu. Výsledkem tohoto procesu je komplexní brožura, která zahrnuje praktické rady pro každodenní ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta, souhrn sociální podpory a v neposlední řadě také nezbytné informace ohledně psychohygieny určené pro neformální pečující. Závěrem lze říci, že předložená bakalářská práce úspěšně splnila mé počáteční cíle. Vytvořená brožura představuje funkční nástroj, který má potenciál významně usnadnit rodinám organizaci a zvládání péče o nemocného v domácím prostředí 54 Summary A stroke causes a big change in a patient's life and that of his family. For this reason, my main goal was to create a comprehensive educational booklet that would provide the necessary support to informal caregivers throughout the process of discharging their relative from the hospital and adjusting to the home environment. In the initial phase of the thesis, I conducted a detailed analysis of professional literature and the existing educational materials. I investigated what information was, from my point of view, missing in the guides to date, and based on these findings, I subsequently compiled the concept and structure of my bachelor's thesis as well as the brochure itself. After that, the brochure was assessed by three families caring for a loved one after a stroke, who gave feedback. The result of this process is a comprehensive resource that includes practical advice on day-to-day patient care, an overview of available social assistance programs, and finally, the necessary information on mental hygiene for informal caregivers. In conclusion, the submitted bachelor's thesis has successfully met my initial objectives. The resulting material is a functional tool that has the potential to make it significantly easier for families to organise and manage the care of a sick loved one at home.
