Tato bakalářská práce na případu Radima Fialy (SPD) zkoumá podobu protivládní rétoriky populistické opozice a sleduje její vývoj v průběhu dvou volebních období, kdy vládly vlády svými ideologickými východisky zcela odlišné - vláda Andreje Babiše v období 2017-2021, která sama vykazuje určité populistické rysy, a vláda Petra Fialy, která se naopak proti populismu silně vymezuje. Hlavním cílem práce této práce je protivládní rétoriku Radima Fialy v daných obdobích identifikovat a zjistit, zda se liší v závislosti na charakteru konkrétní vlády. Zdrojem dat jsou stenografické záznamy projevů Radima Fialy na jednáních Poslanecké sněmovny, ve kterých byly, dle předem určených kritérií, identifikovány projevy obsahující kritiku vlády a jejích členů. Analýza byla provedena pomocí kvalitativní tematické analýzy, doplněné o určité kvantitativní prvky. Jejím výsledkem bylo zjištění, že hlavní témata protivládní rétoriky Radima Fialy v obou volebních období zůstávala převážně stejná a kritizováno bylo především selhávání vlád v plnění svých povinností. V případě kritiky vlády Petra Fialy však zároveň silně narostl výskyt tématu rámující vládu jako protivníka občanů. Using the case of Radim Fiala (SPD), this bachelor's thesis examines the nature of populist opposition's anti-government rhetoric and traces its development across two electoral terms under governments with significantly different ideological stances - Andrej Babiš's government in 2017-2021 possessing certain populist characteristics and Petr Fiala's government in 2021-2025 placing itself in opposition to populism. The main aim of this thesis is to identify anti-government rhetoric of Radim Fiala in given periods and to determine whether it varies depending on the character of each government. The data consist of stenographic records of Radim Fiala's speeches delivered during plenary sessions of the Chamber of Deputies. From these, speeches containing government criticism were identified based on previously established criteria. The analysis was conducted using a qualitative thematic analysis completed by certain quantitative elements. The analysis revealed that the main topics of Radim Fiala's anti-government rhetoric remained relatively stable, with criticism of the government's failure to fulfill its duties being the most prevalent.
