Bakalářská práce se věnuje zkušenostem a postojům dospělé populace k prevenci chronické obstrukční plicní nemoci (CHOPN) v primární péči. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje CHOPN, možnosti její prevence a roli primární péče a všeobecného praktického lékaře (VPL). Praktická část práce prezentuje výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu. Ten byl prováděn prostřednictvím anonymního dotazníkového šetření ve třech ordinacích všeobecných praktických lékařů. Konečné zpracování zahrnovalo 78 respondentů, a to aktivní kuřáky, bývalé kuřáky i nekuřáky. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké zkušenosti mají pacienti s preventivními opatřeními zaměřenými na prevenci CHOPN a jaký postoj vůči nim zaujímají. K jeho naplnění byly sestaveny čtyři výzkumné otázky zaměřené na doporučení a přístup všeobecných praktických lékařů, faktory ovlivňující ochotu pacientů k prevenci a jejich odlišnosti u aktivních kuřáků, bývalých kuřáků a nekuřáků. Výsledky výzkumného šetření poukázaly na to, že prevence CHOPN často nemusí být v ordinacích VPL poskytována dostatečně systematicky, a to ani u skupin respondentů, kteří mohou být rizikem vzniku onemocnění skutečně ohroženi. Nejčastěji doporučovaným preventivním opatřením bylo odvykání kouření. Přístup VPL byl respondenty hodnocen spíše jako pasivní. Mezi motivačními faktory dominovala... The bachelor's thesis focuses on the experiences and attitudes of the adult population toward the prevention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in primary care. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes COPD, its prevention, and the role of primary care and the general practitioner in its implementation. The practical part of the thesis presents the results of quantitative research. This research was conducted through an anonymous questionnaire survey in three general practitioners' offices. The final analysis included 78 respondents, namely current smokers, former smokers, and non-smokers. The aim of the thesis was to determine what experiences patients have with preventive measures related to COPD and what attitudes they hold toward them. To achieve this aim, four research questions were formulated, focusing on the recommendations and approach of general practitioners, the factors influencing patients' willingness to engage in prevention, and the differences among current smokers, former smokers, and non-smokers. The results of the research survey indicated that COPD prevention is not provided sufficiently systematically in general practitioners' offices, not even for groups of respondents who may actually be at risk of developing the disease.
