Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze psychické zátěže a prožívání strachu u všeobecných sester v souvislosti s realizací lokální arteriální trombolytické terapie. Tato vysoce specializovaná intervenční metoda představuje zásadní terapeutický postup při řešení akutních cévních uzávěrů v různých lokalizacích, včetně centrální nervové soustavy, plicního řečiště či periferních tepen. Ačkoliv je tato léčba spojena s vysokou mírou úspěšnosti při obnově tkáňové perfuze, její průběh je zatížen rizikem závažných komplikací, což klade extrémní nároky na odbornou kompetenci a psychickou stabilitu ošetřovatelského personálu. Teoretická část práce systematicky vymezuje problematiku trombofilních stavů a principy farmakologické i mechanické trombolýzy. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována psychologickým aspektům strachu jakožto adaptivního mechanismu, který v kontextu intenzivní péče ovlivňuje profesní jistotu a kvalitu poskytovaných intervencí. Cílem empirické části bylo prostřednictvím kvantitativního šetření zmapovat míru a konkrétní příčiny strachu u všeobecných sester na pracovišti intenzivní péče. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 41 respondentů, u nichž byla data sbírána pomocí anonymního dotazníku s využitím Likertových škál. This diploma thesis analyzes the psychological burden and the phenomenon of fear among general nurses in connection with the implementation of local arterial thrombolytic therapy. This highly specialized interventional method represents a crucial therapeutic procedure in addressing acute vascular occlusions in various locations, including the central nervous system, the pulmonary circulation, or peripheral arteries. Although this treatment is associated with a high success rate in restoring tissue perfusion, its course is burdened by the risk of serious complications, which places extreme demands on the professional competence and psychological stability of the nursing staff. The theoretical part of the thesis systematically defines the issue of thrombophilic states and the principles of pharmacological and mechanical thrombolysis. Special attention is paid to the psychological aspects of fear as an adaptive mechanism that, in the context of intensive care, influences professional confidence and the quality of provided interventions.
