cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] v ČJ: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením přínosu hybridního zobrazení PET/CT s využitím 18F-fluorodeoxyglukózy v diagnostice horeček nejasného původu. Cílem teoretické části je seznámení s problematikou dané indikace HNP a zobrazovacím systémem, kombinujícím PET s modalitou CT. Praktická část se následně zabývá čtyřmi stanovenými výzkumnými otázkami a z nich vycházejícími hypotézami. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 69 pacientů s indikací HNP u kterých bylo provedeno celotělové vyšetření PET/CT. Na základě retrospektivní analýzy dat byly potvrzeny všechny čtyři alternativní hypotézy. Výsledky prokázaly optimální výtěžnost zobrazovací metody a identifikovaly neinfekční záněty jako nejčastější příčinu vzniku nejasných febrilních stavů. Z celkového počtu indikací tvořila diagnóza HNP minoritní část a dalším pozitivním výsledkem byla užitečnost metody pro následný postup u nemocných. The aim of the theoretical section is to provide an introduction to the issues surrounding this indication for FUO and to the imaging system that combines PET with CT. The practical section subsequently addresses four defined research, questions and the hypotheses derived from them. The study population consists of 69 patients with an indication of FUO who underwent whole-body PET/CT scanning. Based on a retrospective analysis of the data, all four alternative hypotheses were confirmed. The results demonstrated the optimal yield of the imaging method and identified non-infectious inflammation as the most common cause of unexplained febrile conditions. Of the total number of indications, the diagnosis of FUO constituted a minority, and another positive finding was the usefulness of the method for determining the subsequent management of patients.
