Název práce: Pilotní komparativní studie vnímané motorické kompetence dětí ve věku 8-10 let v českém a portugalském školním prostředí Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo pilotně porovnat úroveň vnímané motorické kompetence ve dvou dostupnostně vybraných školních souborech dětí mladšího školního věku. Práce se zaměřila na lokomoční a manipulační dovednosti, celkové skóre vnímané motorické kompetence a základní charakteristiky souboru, zejména věk, pohlaví, tělesnou výšku a hmotnost. Metody: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 64 dětí, z toho 32 dětí ze sledovaného českého souboru a 32 dětí ze sledovaného portugalského souboru. V obou skupinách bylo shodně zastoupeno 14 dívek a 18 chlapců. Vnímaná motorická kompetence byla hodnocena pomocí škály Pictorial Scale of Perceived Movement Skill Competence ve verzi použité v této práci. Data byla zpracována pomocí deskriptivní statistiky. Pro porovnání souborů byl použit Mann-Whitneyův U test, u kategoriálních proměnných Fisherův exaktní test a pro posouzení souvislostí Spearmanův korelační koeficient. Výsledky: Sledovaný český soubor dosáhl statisticky významně vyššího skóre ve všech hodnocených oblastech. V lokomoční doméně činil výsledek českého souboru 43,13 ± 5,62 bodu a portugalského souboru 30,97 ± 2,49 bodu. V manipulační doméně dosáhl český soubor 27,13 ± 4,67... Title: A Pilot Comparative Study of Perceived Motor Competence in Children Aged 8-10 Years in Czech and Portuguese School Settings Objectives: This bachelor's thesis explored, on a pilot basis, how children aged 8-10 years in one Czech and one Portuguese school setting perceived their own movement skills. The comparison included the locomotor and object-control domains, the overall perceived-competence score, and selected sample characteristics: age, sex, body height, and body weight. Methods: The sample included 64 pupils: 32 from the Czech school and 32 from the Portuguese school. Each group comprised 14 girls and 18 boys. Perceived motor competence was assessed with the picture-based PMSC questionnaire adapted for this thesis. Results were summarised using descriptive statistics. Group differences were analysed with the Mann-Whitney U test, categorical variables with Fisher's exact test, and associations between selected variables with Spearman's correlation coefficient. Results: The selected Czech sample achieved statistically significantly higher scores in all assessed areas.
