1 Abstrakt Východiska: Závislost na alkoholu představuje v současnosti významný problém veřejného zdraví bez ohledu na věk, pohlaví, sociální postavení či profesi. Diagnóza F10 podle MKN-10 zahrnuje duševní poruchy a poruchy chování způsobené užíváním alkoholu. S průběhem této poruchy i s procesem zotavení souvisí řada faktorů, kterým se věnuje výzkum této bakalářské práce. Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkum s opakovaným sběrem dat v tříměsíčních intervalech po dobu jednoho roku. Studie se zaměřila na sledování změn významu vnitřních a vnějších faktorů souvisejících s udržením abstinence během prvního roku po léčbě. Cíle: Cílem výzkumu bylo identifikovat faktory významné pro zvládání prvního roku abstinence od alkoholu, sledovat proměnu jejich významu v čase a posoudit jejich využitelnost pro odbornou reflexi léčebných, doléčovacích a navazujících služeb. Výzkumné otázky se zaměřily na motivaci, životní priority, rozpoznávání spouštěčů a zátěžových situací, vnímání vlastních emocí a další faktory související s udržením abstinence. Metody: Data byla získávána prostřednictvím individuálních polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s využitím škálování a uzavřených, polootevřených a otevřených otázek. Diagnosis F10 according to ICD-10 includes mental and behavioural disorders due to alcohol use. The course of this disorder and the recovery process are influenced by a range of factors, which are the focus of this bachelor's thesis. The study employed a qualitative design with repeated data collection at three-month intervals over the course of one year. The research focused on examining changes in the perceived significance of internal and external factors associated with maintaining abstinence during the first year after treatment. Aims: The aim of the study was to identify factors significant for coping with the first year of alcohol abstinence, to examine how their significance changes over time, and to assess their relevance for professional reflection within treatment, aftercare, and follow-up services. The research questions focused on motivation, life priorities, recognition of triggers and stressful situations, perception of one's own emotions, and other factors related to maintaining abstinence.
