Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat komunikací sociálního pracovníka s dětmi ve školním prostředí. Cílem je popsat a analyzovat, jak sociální pracovník navazuje kontakt a komunikuje s dětmi, jaké komunikační techniky využívá, jaké překážky komunikaci ovlivňují a jaký dopad má jeho role. Analýza bude zahrnovat například teoretické vymezení školní sociální práce, modelů komunikace a sociální pedagogiky, a také vlastní zjišťování prostřednictvím rozhovorů (např. se sociálním pracovníkem ve školství nebo se sociálním pedagogem). The bachelor thesis will focus on social workers' communication with children in a school environment. The aim is to describe and analyze how social workers establish contact and communicate with children, what communication techniques they use, what obstacles affect communication, and what impact their role has. The analysis will include, for example, a theoretical definition of school social work, models of communication and social pedagogy, as well as my own research through interviews (e.g., with a social worker in education or a social pedagogue).
