cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá vnímáním vizuální identity předních kosmetických e- shopů příslušníky generace Z v českém prostředí. Teoretická část definuje zásadní koncepty brandingu skrze optiku sociální sémiotiky a gramatiky vizuálního designu. This bachelor thesis examines the perception of the visual identity of leading cosmetic e-shops by members of Generation Z within the Czech environment. The theoretical part defines key branding concepts through the lens of social semiotics and the grammar of visual design. It reflects the specific characteristics of Generation Z, who exhibit high sensitivity to aesthetic quality and the authenticity of content. The practical part of the thesis is based on methodological triangulation, combining qualitative content analysis of visual strategies on the social network Instagram with a quantitative survey among respondents aged 18-26. The research is designed to identify specific visual elements that determine brand recognition even in the absence of primary identifiers (logotypes), and to evaluate their influence on the perceived attractiveness and professional credibility of the platforms. The research findings point to a significant discrepancy between users' subjective aesthetic perception and the actual procedural functionality of visual identity within the shopping interface. The analysis confirms that visual consistency across communication channels and the technical quality of product photography are essential drivers of brand credibility for young consumers.
