Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat vztah mezi sportovní úrovní a partnerskou spokojeností a identifikovat faktory, které tento vztah ovlivňují. Práce je koncipována jako narativní literární rešerše, která syntetizuje poznatky z oblasti psychologie partnerských vztahů, sportovní psychologie a sociální psychologie. Práce se zaměřuje na vymezení partnerských vztahů a jejich fungování v kontextu sportovního prostředí, dále na vymezení partnerské spokojenosti, jejích determinantů a způsobů měření. Výsledky ukazují, že vztah mezi sportovní úrovní a partnerskou spokojeností je komplexní a ovlivněný řadou individuálních, vztahových a kontextových faktorů. Vliv sportu se přitom ukazuje jako převážně nepřímý a je zprostředkován zejména psychickou pohodou jedince, mírou sportovní zátěže a přenosem stresu mezi sportovní a partnerskou oblastí. Sport může působit jak pozitivně, například prostřednictvím zlepšení psychické pohody, sdílených aktivit a rozvoje osobnostních charakteristik, tak negativně, zejména v důsledku časové náročnosti, stresu a konfliktu mezi sportovní a partnerskou rolí. Významnou roli hrají především kvalita komunikace, partnerská podpora a schopnost adaptace. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to analyse the relationship between sport level and relationship satisfaction and to identify the factors influencing this relationship. The thesis is designed as a narrative literature review that synthesizes findings from the fields of relationship psychology, sport psychology, and social psychology. This work addresses the definition of romantic relationships and their dynamics within the sports environment. Furthermore, it examines relationship satisfaction, its determinants, and measurement approaches. The results indicate that the relationship between the level of sports participation and relationship satisfaction is complex and influenced by a range of individual, relational, and contextual factors. The effect of sport appears to be predominantly indirect and is mediated mainly by an individual's psychological well-being, the level of sport-related demands, and the transfer of stress between the sport and relational domains. Sport can have both positive and negative effects. On the one hand, it may enhance relationship satisfaction through improved psychological well-being, shared activities, and the development of certain personal characteristics.
