Koncept ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) představuje moderní přístup v perioperační péči zaměřený na zkrácení hospitalizace, snížení pooperačních komplikací a rychlejší návrat pacienta k běžným aktivitám. Důležitou součástí ERAS programu je všeobecná sestra, která zajišťuje edukaci pacienta a koordinaci péče. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak pacienti s kolorektálním karcinomem vnímají roli ERAS sestry v předoperačním období. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno pomocí tištěného dotazníku ve vybrané pražské fakultní nemocnici. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 25 respondentů zařazených do ERAS programu. Získaná data byla zpracována pomocí základních statistických metod a binomického testu. Výsledky ukázaly, že pacienti hodnotili péči ERAS sestry převážně pozitivně, zejména v oblasti edukace, psychické podpory a připravenosti k hospitalizaci. Z výsledků vyplývá, že ERAS sestra představuje významnou součást multidisciplinárního týmu a přispívá ke zkvalitnění perioperační péče. The ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) concept represents a modern approach to perioperative care aimed at shortening hospital stays, reducing postoperative complications, and facilitating a faster return to normal activities for patients. An important component of the ERAS program is the general nurse, who provides patient education and coordinates care. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to determine how patients with colorectal cancer perceive the role of the ERAS nurse in the preoperative period. The research was conducted using a printed questionnaire at a selected teaching hospital in Prague. Twenty-five respondents enrolled in the ERAS program participated in the study. The collected data were analyzed using basic statistical methods and the binomial test. The results showed that patients evaluated the care provided by the ERAS nurse predominantly positively, particularly in the areas of education, psychological support, and preparation for hospitalization. The results indicate that the ERAS nurse is an important part of the multidisciplinary team and contributes to improving the quality of perioperative care.
