Chronické onemocnění ledvin je celosvětově rostoucím zdravotním problémem, s jeho progresí často dochází ke vzniku hyperfosfatémie - tedy ke zvýšení koncentrace sérového fosforu. Hyperfosfatémie představuje významný rizikový faktor rozvoje cévních kalcifikací, kostní nemoci a je asociována se zvýšením kardiovaskulární morbidity i mortality u pacientů s chronickým onemocněním ledvin. Tato práce nabízí komplexní pohled na fyziologii fosforu a patofyziologii hyperfosfatémie spolu s doporučeními ohledně edukace diety s omezením fosforu, včetně nutričních informací o dostupnosti fosforu z jednotlivých potravin. Významnou roli v prevenci hyperfosfatémie a kontrole koncentrací fosforu v séru hraje nutriční intervence, která spočívá zejména v omezení příjmu fosforu ve stravě. Navzdory významnosti nutriční intervence při hyperfosfatémii je v klinické praxi patrný nedostatek edukačních materiálů, které by pacientům i zdravotníkům poskytly praktické a srozumitelné informace k této problematice. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit soubor edukačních materiálů zaměřených na nutriční doporučení pro pacienty s chronickým onemocněním ledvin trpící hyperfosfatémií. Materiál obsahuje doporučení a zásadní informace týkající se příjmu fosforu ve stravě, kdy primárně cílí na pacienty v predialýze. Práce kombinuje... Chronic kidney disease presents a growing global health concern. As the disease progresses, hyperphosphatemia often develops, meaning an increase in serum phosphate concentration that represents a significant risk factor for vascular calcifications, mineral bone disease, and is associated with increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. This thesis offers a comprehensive overview of phosphorus physiology and the pathophysiology of hyperphosphatemia, along with information on the bioavailability of phosphorus from various food sources. Nutritional intervention, particularly dietary phosphorus restriction, plays a crucial role in the prevention of hyperphosphatemia and in the control of elevated serum phosphate levels. Despite this, there remains a lack of educational materials in clinical practice that would provide patients and healthcare professionals with clear and practical guidance on the topic. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create a set of educational materials focused on dietary recommendations for patients with CKD suffering from hyperphosphatemia.
