cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komparací přístupů k tvorbě a řízení programu v rámci zážitkově vzdělávacích kurzů v České republice. Zatímco zástupci univerzit se častěji opírají o exaktní teoretické modely, lektoři neziskových organizací kladou naopak větší důraz na agilní...This thesis compares approaches to program design and management within experiential education courses in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the study is to map and compare methods of course dramaturgy and implementation among experts from various backgrounds, with an emphasis on program structuring and operational flexibility. The research sample consisted of six experts from the field. Data collection was conducted using semi-structured interviews, with the sample evenly divided into three instructors of original courses from the non-profit sector and three academic respondents from the university environment. The collected data were subsequently interpreted in the context of theoretical frameworks. The research results indicate that all six respondents systematically utilize structured planning tools, such as modeling stress curves across three basic dimensions (physical, psychological, and relational). The analysis also revealed that although the organizations differ in their institutional backgrounds, 100% of the respondents unanimously identified reflection as an absolutely essential tool for verifying the depth and success of the educational process. Furthermore, it was found that both groups consciously work with a targeted model of group development. While university representatives...
