Bezpečnost v psychiatrické péči představuje prioritní téma, které zahrnuje ochranu pacientů i zdravotnického personálu. Specifické prostředí akutní psychiatrie sebou nese zvýšené riziko krizových situací, jako jsou agrese, autoagrese či suicidální jednání. Efektivní prevence těchto rizik vyžaduje kombinaci odborného vzdělávání pečujících profesionálů, vhodného technického zabezpečení a adekvátního personálního obsazení. Klíčovým prvkem pro zvyšování standardů péče je pochopení postojů a zkušeností pracovníků v první linii, kteří jsou těmto rizikům každodenně vystaveni. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo identifikovat nejvýznamnější bezpečnostní problémy v akutní psychiatrické péči a zhodnotit efektivitu opatření, která přispívají ke zlepšení bezpečnostní situace. Dalším cílem bylo zmapovat subjektivní pocit bezpečí nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků, kteří poskytují péči na akutních psychiatrických odděleních a analyzovat faktory, které tento pocit ovlivňují. Pro dosažení stanovených cílů byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný formou anonymního dotazníkového šetření. LF UK a VFN v... Safety in psychiatric care is a priority theme, encompassing the protection of both patients and healthcare personnel. The specific environment of acute psychiatry carries an increased risk of crisis situations, such as aggression, self-harm, or suicidal behavior. Effective prevention of these risks requires a combination of professional education, appropriate technical security, and adequate staffing. A key element for improving care standards is understanding the attitudes and experiences of frontline workers who are exposed to these risks on a daily basis. The primary objective of this bachelor thesis was to identify the fundamental safety issues in acute psychiatric care and to evaluate the effectiveness of measures contributing to the improvement of the safety situation. Another goal was to map the subjective sense of safety among non-medical healthcare professionals and to analyze the factors influencing this perception. To achieve the established objectives, quantitative research was conducted in the form of an anonymous questionnaire survey.
