Disertační práce se zabývá dalším profesním vzděláváním a rozvojem soudců v justiční praxi z pohledu andragogiky a celoživotního učení. Jejím cílem je analyzovat postoje soudců k profesnímu vzdělávání, objasnit motivy a bariéry jejich účasti na vzdělávání, identifikovat tematické oblasti vzdělávání a popsat formy a metody, které soudci považují za nejpřínosnější pro výkon své funkce. Výzkum je založen na kvalitativní metodologii. Data byla získána prostřednictvím hloubkových rozhovorů se soudci, rozhovorů se zástupci Justiční akademie a pozorování vzdělávací aktivity. Zjištění ukazují, že profesní vzdělávání soudců je převážně autonomním a individuálně řízeným procesem, který vychází z osobní odpovědnosti, odborných potřeb, profesních zkušeností a vnitřní motivace jednotlivce. Soudci při svém rozvoji využívají zejména samostudium, vzdělávací akce Justiční akademie, sdílení zkušeností na pracovišti a zkušenostní učení, které umožňuje bezprostřední přenos poznatků do rozhodovací praxe. Významnou roli hrají nejen odborné právní znalosti, ale také měkké a mimoprávní kompetence. Práce současně zasazuje zjištění do širšího kontextu českého i zahraničního pojetí vzdělávání soudců a poukazuje na potřebu systematické podpory profesního rozvoje v různých etapách soudcovské kariéry. This dissertation examines the continuing professional education and professional development of judges in judicial practice, adopting the perspectives of andragogy and lifelong learning. The aim is to analyse judges' attitudes towards professional education, clarify the motives and barriers to their participation in training, identify areas of education, and describe the forms and methods that judges consider to be the most beneficial for performing their duties. The research is based on a qualitative methodology. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with judges and representatives of the Judicial Academy, as well as through the observation of training activities. The findings suggest that judges' professional training is primarily an autonomous, individually driven process based on personal responsibility, professional needs, experience and intrinsic motivation. Judges primarily rely on self-study, training events organised by the Judicial Academy, sharing experiences in the workplace and experiential learning to develop professionally.
