Východiska: Práce se zabývá prožíváním otcovství a reflexí drogové minulosti klientů v dlouhodobé rezidenční péči komunitního typu. Téma představuje významný aspekt rodinné problematiky, který přímo ovlivňuje průběh léčby. Závislost na návykových látkách narušuje rodinnou dynamiku, přičemž samotní otcové často ztrácejí jasnou představu o své rodičovské roli a očekáváních, která jsou na ně kladena. Porozumění jejich specifickým zkušenostem a potřebám je zásadní nejen pro úspěšné zotavení ze závislosti, ale především pro následnou obnovu narušených rodinných vztahů a sociální integraci. Cíl: Získat hlubší vhled do prožívání otcovství u klientů s drogovou minulostí v prostředí terapeutické komunity. Metody: Data byla získána kvalitativní formou prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen pěti otci z terapeutických komunit. Výběr respondentů probíhal metodou účelového výběru, v rozhovorech byl kladen důraz na dobrovolnost a zachování anonymity účastníků. Rozhovory byly nahrávány, získané informace přepsány do textové podoby, následně kódovány a analyzovány pomocí tematické analýzy. Výsledky: Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že otcové v chráněném prostředí terapeutické komunity procházejí výraznou vnitřní proměnou a od dřívější snahy o materiální zabezpečení přecházejí k hlubším... Background: This thesis explores the experience of fatherhood and the reflection on the drug addiction history of clients in long-term residential community-based care. This topic represents a significant aspect of family issues that directly affects the course of treatment. Substance addiction disrupts family dynamics, while fathers themselves often lose a clear idea of their parental role and the expectations placed upon them. Understanding their specific experiences and needs is crucial not only for successful recovery from addiction, but primarily for the subsequent restoration of disrupted family relationships and social integration. Objective: To gain a deeper insight into the experience of fatherhood among clients with a drug addiction history in the environment of a therapeutic community. Methods: Data were obtained using a qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews. The research sample consisted of five fathers from therapeutic communities. The selection of respondents was conducted using purposive sampling. During the interviews, emphasis was placed on voluntariness and maintaining the participants anonymity.
