Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pooperační bolesti u pacientů po aortokoronárním bypassu, který představuje jednu z léčebných metod pro osoby s ischemickou chorobou srdeční. Hlavním cílem je zmapovat pooperační bolest u těchto pacientů, zjistit, jak bolest pacienty ovlivňuje v průběhu dne a také zhodnotit její dopad na psychosociální stránku jedince. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na komplexní popis bolesti a na problematiku pooperační bolesti v souvislosti s výkonem aortokoronárního bypassu. Empirická část je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkumného šetření se účastnilo celkově osm respondentů, kteří byli hospitalizováni na Klinice kardiovaskulární chirurgie v Institutu klinické a experimentální medicíny. Výsledky výzkumu svědčí o tom, že vnímání pooperační bolesti je u těchto pacientů individuální, nejvyšší intenzity bolest dosahuje v pooperační fázi a je lokalizována především v oblasti hrudníku a operační rány. Celkový vývoj bolesti u většiny dotazovaných měl zlepšující se tendenci. Výsledky výzkumu potvrzují celkově dobrou úroveň pooperační ošetřovatelské péče a zároveň přináší vhled do toho, jak pacienti pooperační bolest skutečně vnímají, což může podpořit další rozvoj péče. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of postoperative pain in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), which represents one of the treatment methods for individuals with ischemic heart disease. The main objective was to map postoperative pain in these patients and to determine how the pain affects them throughout the day, as well as to assess its impact on the psychosocial aspects of the individual. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive description of pain and addresses the specifics of postoperative pain in relation to coronary artery bypass surgery. The empirical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews. A total of eight respondents participated in the study, all of whom were hospitalized at the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery at the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine. The findings indicate that the perception of postoperative pain is highly individual, with the highest intensity occurring in the immediate postoperative phase and being primarily localized in the chest area and at the surgical site.
