Metodika: Empirická část využívá kvalitativní metodu sběru dat formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 5 respondentů (mužů i žen) v chronickém dialyzačním programu. Rozhovory byly zaměřeny na fyzickou kondici, psychické prožívání, sociální vazby a dodržování režimových opatření. This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of thequality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease under going regular hemodialysis treatment. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the kidneys, mechanisms of renal failure, and provides a detaile danalysis of renal replacement therapies, with a specific focus on hemodialysis and theissueofvascularaccess. Methodology: The empirical part utilizes a qualitative research method through semi- structured interviews. The research sample consisted of 5 respondents (both male and female) enrolled in a chronic dialysis program. The interviews focused on physical condition, psychological well-being, social ties, and adherence to regimen measures.
