Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rehabilitačním ošetřovatelstvím se zaměřením na nápravu kognitivních dysfunkcí a zdůrazňuje význam této činnosti v rámci komplexní neurorehabilitace u pacientů s neurologickým poškozením na oddělení následné intenzivní neurorehabilitační péče (NINR). Pro komplexní vhled do problematiky práce nejprve předkládá rešerši dosavadních poznatků o kognitivních poruchách a jejich specifických projevech. Teoretická část obsahuje podrobnou analýzu příčin poškození mozku, patofyziologických symptomů a dopadů různých typů poranění na kognitivní funkce. Tato teoretická východiska tvoří základ pro následnou případovou studii a realizaci zamýšleného výstupu - edukační příručky zaměřené na problematiku kognitivního tréninku, hodnocení neurologického deficitu a možnosti obnovy dysfunkčních kognitivních funkcí. Práce dále sumarizuje diagnostické nástroje využívané v klinické praxi k detekci rozsahu a hloubky kognitivního deficitu, což je klíčové pro optimální volbu ošetřovatelských opatření směřujících k obnově postižených funkcí. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím zpracovaného materiálu přispět k zefektivnění a zkvalitnění rehabilitačního ošetřovatelství a zvýšit povědomí o významu a provázanosti kognitivního tréninku v rámci neurorehabilitace. This master's thesis deals with rehabilitation nursing focusing on the remediation of cognitive dysfunctions, emphasizing the importance of this activity within comprehensive neurorehabilitation for patients with neurological damage in the post-acute intensive neurorehabilitation care (NINR) department. To provide a comprehensive insight into the topic, the thesis first presents a review of current knowledge on cognitive disorders and their specific manifestations. The theoretical part contains a detailed analysis of the causes of brain damage, pathophysiological symptoms, and the impact of various types of injuries on cognitive functions. These theoretical foundations form the basis for a subsequent case study and the implementation of the intended output - an educational manual focusing on cognitive training, neurological deficit assessment, and possibilities for restoring dysfunctional cognitive functions. Furthermore, the thesis summarizes diagnostic tools used in clinical practice to detect the scope and depth of cognitive deficits, which is crucial for the optimal selection of nursing measures aimed at restoring the affected functions.
