Glioblastom (GBM) představuje nejagresivnější primární mozkový tumor s nepříznivou prognózou. Standardem pooperační léčby u mladších pacientů je Stuppův režim, zatímco u starších a fragilních pacientů se preferuje hypofrakcionovaný Perryho režim. Cílem této práce bylo srovnat kvalitu života (QoL) a parametry přežití u těchto dvou skupin v rámci ukončené akademické prospektivní klinické studie GlioMET (MOU- 2020-01). Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most aggressive primary brain tumor with a poor prognosis. The standard of care for younger patients is the postoperative Stupp regime, while the hypofractionated Perry regime is preferred for older and fragile patients. The aim of this study was to compare quality of life (QoL) and survival parameters in these two groups within the closed academic prospective clinical trial GlioMET (MOU-2020-01).
