Název: Zatížení hlezenního kloubu u závodních plavců Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit stabilitu a funkci hlezenního kloubu u závodních plavců pomocí vybraných funkčních vyšetření a podoskopického hodnocení nohy. Dílčím cílem bylo posoudit možné souvislosti mezi výsledky funkčních vyšetření, subjektivními obtížemi probandů, nadměrnou pohyblivostí a preferovaným plaveckým způsobem. Metody: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo třináct závodních plavců. Osobní a sportovní údaje byly získány prostřednictvím dotazníku zaměřeného na sportovní zatížení, subjektivní obtíže, zranění a nadměrnou pohyblivost. Pro hodnocení stability a funkce hlezenního kloubu byly využity vybrané funkční testy stability a posturální kontroly - Rombergova zkouška, tandemový stoj, Berg Balance Scale test a Véleho test. Součástí vyšetření bylo také podoskopické hodnocení nohy se zaměřením na podélnou klenbu nohy. Získaná data byla následně zpracována a vyhodnocena. Výsledky: U většiny probandů (9) nebyly zjištěny výrazné poruchy stability, mírné odchylky se však objevovaly především při náročnějších variantách testů posturální stability. Zvýšenou pohyblivost, bolestivost nebo předchozí poranění hlezenního kloubu současně uvedlo 9 probandů. Podoskopické vyšetření prokázalo převážně fyziologický nález podélné klenby nohy a nebyla... Title: Stress on the Ankle Joint in Competitive Swimmers Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the stability and function of the ankle joint in competitive swimmers using selected functional examinations and podoscopic assessment of the foot. A partial aim was to assess possible relationships between the results of functional examinations, subjective complaints, joint hypermobility, and preferred swimming stroke. Methods: The research group consisted of thirteen competitive swimmers. Personal and sports-related data were obtained using a questionnaire focused on training load, subjective complaints, injuries, and joint hypermobility. Selected functional tests of stability and postural control were used to evaluate ankle joint stability and function, including the Romberg test, tandem stance, Berg Balance Scale test and Véle's test. The examination also included podoscopic examination of the foot focused on the longitudinal arch. The data obtained were subsequently processed and evaluated. Results: No significant impairments in ankle joint stability were identified in the majority of the probands; mild deviations were observed mainly during more demanding variants of postural stability tests.
