Diplomová práce se zabývá mediálním obrazem volební apatie a nevoličství v českých tištěných a online médiích v předvolebním období parlamentních voleb v roce 2025 a způsoby, jimiž s tímto tématem pracovaly politické strany ve svých komunikačních strategiích. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jak česká média tematizovala neúčast ve volbách, jaký obraz nevoličů konstruovala a které interpretační rámce a narativy v této souvislosti využívala. Současně se práce zaměřuje na to, jak politické strany mediální rámce přejímaly, modifikovaly či využívaly při mobilizaci voličů. Výzkum je založen na kvalitativní obsahové analýze doplněné o prvky diskurzivní analýzy. Analyzován byl výběr tištěných a online médií a mediální prezentace komunikačních strategií politických stran v období od ledna do září 2025. Analýza identifikovala několik dominantních mediálních rámců nevoličství, mimo jiné strategické, mobilizační, strukturální, systémové (varovné) a dekonstrukční pojetí volební apatie. Výsledky ukazují, že nevoličství je v mediálním diskurzu prezentováno nejednoznačně jako problém politické soutěže, symptom krize demokracie i důsledek sociálních nerovností. This master's thesis examines the media portrayal of voter apathy and non-voting in Czech print and online media during the pre-election period of the 2025 parliamentary elections, as well as the ways in which political parties addressed this phenomenon in their communication strategies. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze how Czech media framed electoral non-participation, how non-voters were represented, and which interpretative frames and narratives were employed in this context. At the same time, the thesis explores how political parties adopted, modified, or strategically utilized media frames in their efforts to mobilize voters. The research is based on qualitative content analysis complemented by elements of discourse analysis. The analyzed corpus consists of selected print and online media outlets and media representations of political parties' communication strategies published between January and September 2025. The analysis identified several dominant media frames of non-voting, including strategic, mobilizing, structural, systemic (warning), and deconstructive interpretations of voter apathy.
