Bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí o ránu a jizvu po porodu císařským řezem v kompetenci porodní asistentky. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zmapovat informovanost žen po operačním abdominálním porodu v oblasti péče o ránu a jizvu a analyzovat jejich náhled na roli porodní asistentky, zejména v poporodním období. Teoretická část shrnuje současné poznatky o indikacích, předoperační a pooperační péči a technice císařského řezu včetně možných komplikací. Dále analyzuje proces hojení, faktory ovlivňující vznik jizvy a možnosti následné péče o hojící se tkáň. Závěr teoretické části definuje specifika režimu v šestinedělí a roli porodní asistentky v péči o ženu podstupující císařský řez. Praktická část byla realizována formou kvantitativního šetření o vzorku čítajícím 222 respondentek. Výzkum ukázal, že průměrná subjektivní míra informovanosti žen dosáhla 5,59 bodu z 10. Nejvyšší informovanost vykazovaly ženy se středoškolským vzděláním bez maturity (6,39 z 10). Klíčovým zjištěním je, že edukaci o péči o jizvu nejčastěji poskytoval fyzioterapeut (27,93 %), zatímco 23,42 % respondentek nebylo informováno vůbec. Hlavními bariérami v péči o jizvu byly pro ženy nedostatek času a psychický blok (36,07 %). This bachelor's thesis examines wound and scar care following a caesarean section within the scope of a midwife's practice. The main objective of the thesis was to assess the level of knowledge among women who have undergone abdominal caesarean delivery regarding wound and scar care and to analyze their views on the role of the midwife, especially in the postpartum period. The theoretical section summarizes current knowledge regarding indications, preoperative and postoperative care, and caesarean section techniques, including potential complications. It further analyzes the healing process, factors influencing scar formation, and options for follow-up care of healing tissue. The conclusion of the theoretical section defines the specifics of the postpartum care regimen and the role of the midwife in caring for women undergoing a caesarean section. The practical part was conducted as a quantitative survey of a sample of 222 respondents. The research showed that the average subjective level of awareness among women reached 5.59 points out of 10. The highest level of awareness was reported by women with a high school education without a diploma (6.39 out of 10).
