[cze][eng] Východiska: Drink spiking je jedním z rizik, se kterým se účastníci noční zábavy mohou potýkat a může mít psychické a fyzické dopady. V České republice ale stále chybí data o tom, jak moc je drink spiking rozšířený a jaké má dopady. Uskutečněním tohoto výzkumu jsem se tedy pokusila přispět k zaplnění této výzkumné mezery. Cíle: Cílem této práce bylo zjistit prevalenci drink spikingu u účastníků noční zábavy a zmapovat povahu jejich zkušeností s drink spikingem. Metody: Tvorba dat pro tento výzkum byla zabezpečena formou elektronického dotazníku, vytvořeného pomocí platformy Microsoft Forms. Dotazník byl distribuován na stánku programu harm reduction v rámci hudebních akcích noční zábavy v Praze. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 125 účastníků těchtoakcí, získaných prostřednictvím účelovéhovýběru. Získané data byli analyzovány v programu Microsoft Excel. Výsledky: S drink spikingem se někdy v životě údajně setkalo 9 % respondentů, z čehož bylo 45,5 % mužů a 54,5 % žen. Nejčastěji pili respondenti během své zkušenosti alkoholickýnápoj (81,8%), vyskytovali se v klubu nebov baru (36,4%),případně na outdoorovém festivalu(27,3 %) a akci nebo prostor navštívili ve skupince třecha více lidí (72,7 %). V případě těch,...Background: Drink spiking is one of the risk factors that nightlife goers may face, and it can have consequences on both mental and physical health. However, there is still a lack of data in the Czech Republic regarding the prevalence of drink spiking and its impacts. By conducting this research, I attempted to help fill this research gap. Objectives: To determine the prevalence of drink spiking among nightlife participants and to map the nature of their experiences with drink spiking. Methods: Data for this study were collectedusing an electronic questionnaire createdwith the Microsoft Forms platform.The questionnaire was distributedat the booth of a harm reduction service during nightlife events in Prague.The study sample consists of 125 participants at these events, selected through purposive sampling.The data collectedwere analyzedusing Microsoft Excel. Results: 9 % of respondents reported having experienced drink spiking at some point in their lives, of whom 45,5 % were men and 54,5 % were women. Most often, respondents were drinking an alcoholic beverage at the time of their experience (81,8 %), and the incident occurred in a club or a bar (36,4 %), or at an outdoor festival (27,3 %).
