Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá úrovní edukace u pacientů se stomií při propuštění z nemocničního zařízení. Hlavním cílem bylo zmapovat průběh a obsah edukace, rozsah a strukturu předávaných informací a subjektivní hodnocení kvality a úplnosti tohoto procesu ze strany pacientů. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii a fyziologii trávicího traktu, definuje typy stomií a jejich možné komplikace. Dále se zaměřuje na proces edukace v ošetřovatelství, roli stomické sestry a specifické oblasti péče, jako jsou stomické pomůcky, stravování, fyzická aktivita a psychosociální adaptace. Praktická část vychází z kvantitativního šetření realizovaného pomocí dotazníku, kterého se zúčastnilo 29 respondentů ve fakultní nemocnici v Praze. Výsledky ukazují, že všichni respondenti byli před propuštěním edukováni, primárně stomickou sestrou. Edukace byla hodnocena jako srozumitelná a dostatečná. Všichni respondenti obdrželi písemné edukační materiály. Analýza výsledků však odhalila deficity v informovanosti zejména v oblasti řešení komplikací, psychické podpory a režimových opatření. Výsledky rovněž naznačují významný vliv rodinné podpory na proces adaptace na stomii. This bachelor's thesis deals with the level of education provided to patients with a stoma at the time of discharge from the hospital. The main aim was to describe the course and content of education, the extent of information provided, and patients' subjective evaluation of its quality and completeness. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the digestive tract, defines types of stomas and their possible complications. It also focuses on education in nursing, the role of the stoma nurse, and specific areas of care such as stoma appliances, nutrition, physical activity, and psychosocial adaptation. The practical part is based on a quantitative survey that uses a questionnaire. A total of 29 respondents from a university hospital in Prague participated. The results show that all respondents received education before discharge, mainly from a stoma nurse. The education was evaluated as clear and sufficient. All respondents also received written educational materials. However, the analysis revealed gaps in information, especially in complication management, psychological support, and lifestyle measures.
