Diplomová práce se zabývá kritikou Heideggerova pojmu spolubytí (Mitsein) a obecně jeho pojetí intersubjektivity, kterou v díle Bytí a nicota předložil Jean- Paul Sartre. Sartre německému filosofovi vytýká, že pouhým vykázáním apriorní struktury spolubytí pobytu nelze postihnout konkrétní intersubjektivní vztahy mezi vědomími. Kromě toho se vymezuje proti neurčitosti a neindividuálnímu pojetí jiného pobytu v Heideggerově pojetí druhého. Práce nejprve předkládá rozbor samotné kritiky, následně poskytuje analýzu Heideggerova přístupu i vlastního řešení, které nabízí Jean-Paul Sartre. Ačkoliv se Sartrova kritika Heideggera může v některých ohledech jevit jako oprávněná, jeho vlastní pojetí fenomenologie druhého, rozvíjené prostřednictvím analýzy zkušenosti studu, pravděpodobně samo nezůstává bez obtíží a otevřených otázek. The thesis examines the critique of Martin Heidegger's concept of being-with (Mitsein) and, his conception of intersubjectivity, as presented by Jean-Paul Sartre in Being and Nothingness. Sartre criticizes the German philosopher for claiming that the mere demonstration of the a priori structure of Dasein's being- with is sufficient to account for concrete intersubjective relations between consciousnesses. He objects to the indeterminate and non-individual conception of the other Dasein in Heidegger's understanding of the Other. The thesis first presents an analysis of Sartre's critique itself and subsequently provides an examination of Heidegger's approach as well as the alternative solution proposed by Sartre. Although Sartre's critique of Heidegger may in some respects appear justified, his own conception of the phenomenology of the Other, developed through an analysis of the experience of shame, likewise probably does not remain free of difficulties and unresolved questions.
