[cze][eng] Bibliografická citace Morálně orientovaný psychoterapeut: směřování k naplněnému životu: diplomová práce / Daniel Kunzo; vedoucí práce: prof. Jan Machula, Ph.D., Th.D. -- Praha, 2026.-- 81 s. Anotace Tato diplomová práce tematizuje nevyhnutelnost přítomnosti hodnotových rámců v psychoterapii a kriticky analyzuje stále přetrvávající mýtus o její hodnotové neutralitě. Klíčová slova psychoterapie; hodnoty; etika ctností; dobrý život; normativita; fronésisName of the diploma thesis: Morally oriented psychotherapist: moving toward a fulfilled life This thesis examines the inevitable presence of values in psychotherapy and critically analyzes the myth of value-neutral practice. It argues that therapists always operate, consciously or not, with a particular conception of the good life. The thesis provides a comparative analysis of major psychological traditions (clinical, positive, and existential psychology), showing their limited ability to offer a coherent normative foundation. As a suitable ethical framework, virtue ethics is proposed - understanding the good life as a process of developing character and practical wisdom (phronēsis). Such an approach enables a more transparent engagement with values in therapy and supports clients in seeking a meaningful, responsible, and flourishing life. The thesis ultimately presents the psychotherapist as a moral agent whose work extends beyond symptom reduction to guidance toward a fulfilling human existence. Keywords psychotherapy; values; virtue ethics; good life; normativity; practical wisdom
