cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem orbitální magnetizace v systémech s Berryho křivostí a jejím vztahem k topologickým vlastnostem elektronové struktury. This diploma thesis focuses on the study of orbital magnetization in systems with Berry curvature and its relation to the topological properties of electronic structure. First, two-level models with different dependences of energy on the wave vector, in particular linear and quadratic ones, are investigated both ana- lytically and numerically. The analysis is then extended to a three-level system, where the third level lowers the symmetry of the original model. The main emphasis is placed on the calculation of Berry curvature, orbital magnetization, and the determination of the topology of the individual solutions. In the second part, these results are compared with ab initio calculations for simple 3d fer- romagnets, namely bcc Fe, fcc Co, and fcc Ni, where the distribution of Berry curvature and orbital magnetization in reciprocal space, as well as their depen- dence on the direction of spin magnetization, is studied. The thesis also includes an analysis of the anomalous Hall and anomalous Nernst conductivities.
