cze Abstract:
Mezi hlavní identifikované limity profese patří naopak neustálý psychologický tlak doporučovacího algoritmu, penalizace organických dosahů u...This bachelor's thesis addresses the phenomenon of micro-influencing on the TikTok social network. The primary objective of the thesis is to analyze the position, strategies, and commercial potential of these specific creators, map the dynamics of building their audience and understand the challenges they face in the current highly algorithmized environment. The research design combines an exploratory questionnaire survey, which served as a reference framework for identifying audience attitudes and expectations, with the main qualitative method of semi-structured interviews with five Czech female TikTok micro-influencers. The data obtained from the interviews were subsequently processed using thematic analysis. The research results indicate that the influence of micro-influencers is not based on traditional expert authority, but rather on sharing lay enthusiasm, an "aura of normality" and fostering a sense of so-called sisterhood. This peer-to-peer approach leads to the formation of strong parasocial relationships, which effectively reduce the audience's cognitive resistance to advertising. Furthermore, the analysis revealed that creators maintain their credibility through a strict selection of commercial collaborations and by strongly distancing themselves from macro-influencers, who are...
